Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 series begin international rollout
Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 13 series in China and after more than three months, the 5G-enabled lineup has reached its first international market, which was India. Now, the trio is finally going global with the promise of being HyperOS ready, which means they’re launching with MIUI out of the box, but the new interface should come with an update soon.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ comes with a 200 MP camera, 120W fast charging and an IP68 rating against dust and water ingress. The 12/256 GB version costs €450 in Europe, but costs may vary slightly in different markets after applying different taxes and currency conversions.
Xiaomi has also put a 200 MP camera on the Redmi Note 13 Pro and is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset. There’s also a 5,000 mAh battery, but its fast wired charging is “only” 67W. It costs less than €400 on Amazon for 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
Redmi Note 13 with Dimensity 6080 chipset is the most affordable of the three. Its 6/128 GB variant costs €280, while a better offer seems to be the 8/256 GB version, which is just under €300.
The Redmi Note series is the most popular lineup of affordable Xiaomi smartphones meaning they are also available at all major offline and online retailers around the world.
