Xiaomi 14 Ultra to have a titanium special edition, memory and storage options leak

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is likely to get an international launch on February 25 at MWC in Barcelona along with the ‘Vanilla’ 14 model. Now, the RAM/storage combo it will be offered in has been leaked in China. Note that these are for the Chinese market, so a subset of these may be available internationally.

According to a tipster over on China’s Twitter/X equivalent Weibo, the base version of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It will be offered with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage as well as 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.

Interestingly, a special edition made of titanium is also rumored, and will only come with the 16GB/1TB combo. This tells us that the ‘normal’, non-special-edition 14 Ultra won’t have a titanium frame. Apparently, the Titanium Special Edition will cost CNY 500 (about $69 or €64 at current exchange rates) more than the non-Titanium 16GB/1TB version.

Previous rumors claimed that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will feature a 6.73-inch 120 Hz QHD+ LTPO AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, a quad rear camera system (50MP main with variable aperture, 50MP ultrawide, 0MP 0MP). 50 MP 5x telephoto), a 32 MP selfie snapper, IP68 rating for dust and water resistance and a 5,300 mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging. It will run Android 14 with HyperOS on top.
