Earlier Xiaomi revealed that it was launching its new flagship lineup this month, and now we have a date – the Xiaomi 14 series will be announced on October 26. The event will be held in China, where the company will present HyperOS and a phone. Variable aperture camera, co-developed with Leica.
The event is likely to feature two phones – Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro, both with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. An Ultra phone may or may not come later.
According to a leakster, both devices will be available in black, white or green, with the vanilla variant also having a pink color scheme. There is a 16 GB/1 TB memory variant for the Pro.
The Xiaomi 14 comes with 90W charging support, while the 14 Pro will reach 120W. Design-wise, the phones will keep the square camera island, but the shooters will look slightly different.
With three days left for the internal launch, we will see more teasers during this time. A global launch is likely in the first week of 2024.
