The Vivo X Fold3 Pro was the clear winner in last week’s poll – 42% of voters are interested in getting one, a fraction that looks even more impressive if we count the 19% who aren’t in the market for a foldable.
The Pro has a lot of advantages over its sibling – faster chipset, better telephoto camera, a bigger, faster battery and water resistance are the highlights. The regular X Fold3 might be the lightest book-style foldable yet, but the Pro is considerably lighter (219g vs 236g).
The X Fold3 Pro costs about 43% more than the premium vanilla model, but seems worth it for most of the benefits. The option “It costs too much” was picked by about 12% of voters. A large number of these are still undecided and await review to make up their minds
Flipping over the Vivo X Fold3, we see that the most popular option was “I want the Pro”. Like we said, this is the clear winner. A decent chunk of voters are considering the vanilla model, but most think you’d be better off shelling out for a sophisticated foldable flagship.
There is no international launch news for the X Fold3 models, but this week we heard that they will gain 5.5G connectivity (along with the Vivo X100 series).
