The Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+ smartphones are making their official debut today. The duo has been going global since the beginning, a new shift from the China-first policy with the previous issue series.
The launch is set for noon in India (6:30 GMT), and as we’ve seen in multiple teasers, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is the brand ambassador, and at least one phone will sport a Rolex Submariner look.
The Realme 12 Pro will be announced as the first phone with a Sony IMX882 sensor, while the Realme 12 Pro+ is getting a 50 MP Sony IMX890 for the main camera and a 64 MP OmniVision sensor for the telephoto shooter with a periscope lens on the front. . . .
Leaked photos reveal that the Pro+ will come with a 6.7″ AMOLED with Full HD+ resolution, Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. We’ll be following the event and we’ll have all the details ready when it’s over, announced on stage.
