Vivo is making a new Y-series smartphone, the Vivo Y28 5G, which recently leaked its design and price in India.
The device has now been spotted on Google Play Console certification, suggesting it to be the successor to the Vivo Y27 5G. See details below for more information.
Vivo Y28 5G has been identified by model number V2315 in Google Play console certification. It also features a waterdrop notch and a prominent lower chin based on a rendered image.
The rear panel has a dual-tone design with two camera rings The phone is powered by a MediaTek MT6833 processor. It has two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2GHz with a Mali G57 GPU.
It comes with 4GB of RAM, a display resolution of 720 x 1,612 pixels and a screen density of 300 DPI. Vivo Y28 5G runs on Android 13 OS straight out of the box.
The leaked marketing material shows that the Vivo Y28 5G will be available in Crystal Purple and Glitter Aqua colors.
The price is Rs 13,999 for the 4GB/128GB version, Rs 15,499 for the 6GB/128GB model and Rs 16,999 for the 8GB/128GB version.
