Vivo Y27s launched with Snapdragon 680 and IP54 rating
Vivo’s latest entry in the Y-series is here with the Vivo Y27s. The device is official in Indonesia and comes with several key differences compared to the Vivo Y27 and Y27 5G, including an updated punch hole screen.
The Vivo Y27s packs a 6.64-inch LED LCD with FHD+ resolution with 90Hz refresh rate. The punch hole cutout houses an 8MP front-facing camera and you’ll also find a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button.
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 chipset sits at the helm with 8GB RAM along with 128/256GB UFS 2.2 storage which is expandable via microSD card slot. Like the other two vivo Y27 models, there is a 2MP depth cam on the back as well as a 50MP main camera (f/1.8). A big advantage of the Y27s is the added IP54 water and dust resistance.
The phone boots Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13 and packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 44W fast charging.
Vivo Y27s comes in Burgundy Black and Garden Green colors. Pricing in Indonesia starts at IDR 2,399,000 ($153) for the 8/128GB trim and IDR 2,799,000 ($179) for the 8/256GB version.
