The Xiaomi 13 Ultra smartphone comes with a boxy form factor and a leather-textured back panel design.
The rear cameras are 1-inch 50-megapixel primary sensor, 50-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, 50-megapixel telephoto shooter with 75m focal length and 50-megapixel periscope telephoto snapper. Again, a 32-megapixel selfie camera is available on the front of the phone.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra smartphone features a 6.73-inch Quad HD Plus AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass Victus protection and curved edges.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra phone uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The device runs MIUI 14 custom skin based on Android 13.

In terms of power backup, this flagship model has a 5,000mAh capacity battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
