Realme GT5 unveiled with 150W and 240W versions, up to 24GB RAM

Finally the much awaited flagship Realme GT 5 smartphone has entered the Chinese market. The Realme GT 5 features a 1.5K resolution OLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 50-megapixel primary camera and a 4,600mAh battery with 240W fast charging support.

Realme GT5 has a tall 6.74-inch OLED display on the front, which supports a high refresh rate of 144 Hz. The Realme GT 5 is powered by Qualcomm’s most powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, paired with up to 24GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.

The Realme GT 5 has a triple camera setup on the back, which includes an Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF)-capable 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. . . . and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front of the phone is a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

The Realme GT 5 is available in two distinct variants, which offer different battery capacities and charging speeds. One houses a large 5,240mAh battery, which supports 150W fast charging with the company claiming that this model can be fully charged in just 18 minutes.

And the second version uses a relatively small 4,600mAh battery, but it supports super-fast 240W charging speed. With this charging technology, the phone can be charged to 100% in just 9 minutes. And the device is able to give 2 hours of talk time in just 30 seconds of charging.
