Poco X6 Neo officially teased and confirmed to launch in India

Earlier today Realme 12 got official in India with Dimensity 6100+ SoC and starting price of INR 16,999. Soon after, Poco India country head Himanshu Tandon called out the Realme 12 for using the chipset at that price point, noting that the Poco M6 packs the Dimensional 6100+, priced under Rs 10,000. .

So he thinks everyone should wait for the Poco X6 Neo, as you can see from X’s post embedded below. The Poco X6 Neo was leaked earlier this week and is rumored to go official by next week, apparently.

It looks like a rebranded Redmi Note 13R Pro, which has the same 108 MP main camera as the Realme 12 but uses the Dimensity 6080 SoC instead – giving the two ‘big’ CPU cores an extra 200 MHz and not much else.

According to the leak mentioned above, the Poco X6 Neo will start below INR 16,000 – so 15,999? 1000 rupees less for two CPU cores and 200 MHz extra, so much fuss? We really hope there’s more to it, but it doesn’t look that way.

However, the X6 Neo should feature a 6.67-inch 1080×2400 120 Hz OLED touchscreen with 1,000-nit peak brightness, a 2 MP depth sensor, a 16 MP selfie camera, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a power button. 5,000 mAh battery with support for 33W wired charging.
