Poco M6 5G tipped to be a rebranded Redmi 13C 5G

Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi launched the Redmi 13C 5G in India a few days ago, which according to tipster Kacper Skrzypek, will launch as the Poco M6 5G in some markets.

The Redmi 13C 5G could be relaunched as Poco M6 5G in India as the brand has previously rebadged and launched smartphones from the Redmi lineup as Poco phones in the Asian country. The Poco M6 Pro launched in India in August is a rebranded Redmi 12 5G that was launched in the country in the same month.

If the Poco M6 5G is launched in India as a rebadged Redmi 13C 5G, it will likely be sold exclusively through Flipkart and the back panel design and memory configuration will be slightly different.

Redmi 13C 5G is powered by Dimensity 6100+ SoC, runs Android 13-based MIUI 14 and has up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage onboard. It’s built around a 6.74″ HD+ 90Hz LCD and packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W charging.

Redmi 13C 5G has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and three cameras – 50MP primary, 0.8MP auxiliary and 5MP selfie.
