Nothing will compromise the performance of the phone (2).

Nothing has announced the launch of its next-generation smartphone, the Nothing Phone (2), in a few weeks. It will run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series processor. The smartphone’s model number and some specifications have already been revealed.

This phone will run on a chipset codenamed ‘Taro’. The listed data is compatible with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor.

Apart from the processor details, the Geekbench database listing reveals that the Nothing Phone (2) will come with 12GB of RAM. Other variants are also expected to hit the market. The device is also said to run on the latest Android 13 operating system.

Recently leaked design renders reveal that the Nothing Phone (2) will sport the same design as its predecessor. That is, it will have a transparent back panel, aluminum frame and LED lights (glyph interface). The smartphone will offer an AMOLED display with FullHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, 256GB of onboard storage and a 5,000mAh battery. The Nothing Phone (2) may debut in the global market between June and August this year.
