Motorola’s Indian arm recently launched a new smartphone slated for April 3 The company hasn’t revealed the name of the smartphone, but it did post an image of a new Snapdragon 7 Gen 3-powered Phone X today.
Earlier, Motorola India posted a short clip teasing a smartphone with a curved display and back panel painted in the same colors used in today’s teaser. The clip also says, “Unleash the New Age,” the smartphone launching in India on April 3 will be an Edge series phone.
We initially believed that Motorola would launch the Edge 50 Pro which was revealed last week, but yesterday, we learned about the Edge 50 Fusion. Judging by the text of the graphic Motorola sent us, which says, “Witness the fusion of art and intelligence,” we see the brand unveiling the Edge 50 Fusion on April 3. But, will it join the Edge 50 or not? Pro remains to be seen.
It is also worth noting that the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion is rumored to come with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, while the Motorola Edge 50 Pro has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip at the helm, which means either these leaks are false or there is a third Edge series smartphone. which Motorola will unveil on April 3.
