Motorola shows off the Edge 50 Ultra in Peach Fuzz
A few days ago Motorola confirmed that the Edge 50 Ultra will have 125W fast charging. The tweet shows an animation of the phone’s internal components but stops short of showing the phone itself. This latest teaser goes the extra mile.
Check out the phone painted in Pantone’s color of the year 2024, “Peach Fudge.” This color is already used in Motorola Edge 40 Neo and Razr 40 Ultra.
Going back to the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, the design is similar to what we saw on the top left camera island. The third lens is oval – it’s a 72mm periscope.
From leaks, we know that the Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, featuring a curved 6.7” FHD+ 165Hz display and a 50MP main camera. Motorola’s partnership with Corning should also use Gorilla Glass.
In addition to the Ultra and Pro, we’ll see a Fusion model (reportedly with Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 and 68W charging). The Ultra should arrive in the US in 2024 as the Motorola Edge+. Check out this post for the rumored pricing of the new model.
