Motorola Edge 40 Neo specs, leaked online ahead of launch

Motorola is currently said to be working on its premium Edge series Motorola Edge 40 Neo smartphone. Let’s find out what this Motorola handset that will be launched next month has to offer.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo listing has confirmed that it will launch on September 15. Notably, the handset will enter the market as an upgraded version of the Motorola Edge 30 Neo, which debuted in September last year. The device is also available as Motorola Edge 30 Lite in some countries. The Edge 30 Neo/Lite is a compact phone with a 6.28-inch display. But according to Amazon’s listing, the successor Edge 40 Neo will come with a bigger screen.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo will feature a 6.55-inch P-OLED display, offering FullHD+ resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. The device will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimension 1050 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage. Motorola Edge 40 Neo will run on Android 13 operating system.

There is no information about the front camera of Edge 40 Neo. However, it is said that there will be a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back panel. And the main camera will have a 13-megapixel sensor, which is believed to be an ultra-wide lens.

The mobile is powered by a 5,000mAh battery, which will offer 68W fast charging.
