Microsoft Teams will bring walkie-talkie functionality to iPhones
Microsoft teams will bring walkie-talkie functionality to Apple iPhones in May, according to its development roadmap. It will tap into Apple’s Push-to-Talk framework to enable walkie-talkie use in teams.
It will offer instant and secure voice communication with effective background operation. You can even do walkie talkie from the lock screen. So it will work even if you don’t have Microsoft Teams in front of you.
The integration is currently targeted for implementation in May, but of course, as with any development, things can be delayed if unforeseen issues arise.
