Honor X9b debuts with 6.78″ 120 Hz OLED screen

Without much in the way of an official announcement, Honor’s Saudi Arabian arm has added the latest midrange offering from the brand to its website. The Honor X9b comes as the successor to the Honor X9a which was launched back in January and brings updates across the board.

The X9b is built around a curved 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 1,200 x 2,652 pixel resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. You also get Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. On the back is a 108MP main cam alongside a 5MP ultrawide lens and 2MP macro cam. Inside a punch-hole cutout on the front is a 16MP front-facing shooter.

The software side is covered by MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13, while the battery comes in at 5,800 mAh and supports charging up to 35W.

Honor X9b is available in Sunrise Orange, Midnight Black and Emerald Green colors. Pricing and availability details are yet to be confirmed.
