Galaxy Ring is official, Nothing Phone (2a) unboxed, Week 9 in review
Welcome to March! This week we had Mobile World Congress for the year and with that naturally came some big announcements.
Samsung seemingly stole the show with the unveiling of the Galaxy Ring – the next chapter in smart fitness and health tracking. Samsung more or less showed off a prototype of the Ring and teased it — we didn’t get specs, price or availability. The ring will become official in early July.
We got up close to the Ring Galaxy this week and took some pictures. It comes in three colors – Silver, Gray and Gold. It has a slightly concave top and its technology and sensors are in the inner circle
The Nothing Phone (2a) arrives next week (March 5) and Nothing is teasing Londoners by unboxing an AR near Old Street. It shows the phone in white color and we can see its entire back panel.
As the Mobile World Congress comes to an end, the Global Mobile Awards (GLOMO) announced the awards for the best smartphones in the Pixel 8 series. Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 won Breakthrough Device Innovation, Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra won Best Connected Consumer Device and Honor Magic V2 RSR won Best Design at the Show.
