In September, Xiaomi’s gaming arm Black Shark unveiled a set of gaming accessories including the Black Shark S1 smartwatch. The gaming brand has now added a more capable model called the Black Shark S1 Pro. The watch has a tough casing that is IP68 waterproof and has a voice assistant with ChatGPT support.
The Black Shark S1 Pro comes with a 1.43” AMOLED display with 466 x 466px resolution, 60Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 600 nits. It runs a FreeRTOS like Xiami’s more affordable smartwatches, and Black Shark shares that Chat GPT integration lets the AI assistant answer simple questions that are likely relayed between the watch and your paired smartphone.
The Watch S1 Pro brings Bluetooth calling, 24/7 heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring and NFC to the device. The watch can track over 100 sports modes and Black Shark claims a battery life of 15 days with normal usage.
The Black Shark S1 Pro comes in black and blue and retails for $69 from Black Shark’s website and $60 from Aliexpress.
