Verizon lets you add a second number to your existing phone for just $10 per month
Verizon announced a new option that lets you add a second phone number to the same phone for just $10 per month.
It’s called Number Two and it’s pretty self-explanatory, although note that if you get a Number Two after June 5, it’ll be $15 per month because that’s when the $10 promotional price expires. This plan gives you unlimited talk and text to the US, Mexico and Canada to your new second number. Data services will be provided by your primary line, so there is no data allowance
It works on dual SIM devices, be it a physical dual SIM phone or a phone with a physical SIM slot and eSIM support. When you upgrade your device to a new device with such capabilities, the second number will be automatically transferred.
It is available online and in stores to all new and existing Verizon Postpaid customers. It’s apparently made for “operating side gigs” or those replacing landlines, or those who just want a special number for the family. Now they don’t have to get a second phone for it and they don’t have to spend so much every month.
