Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro leaks in new renders showing all angles
Asus has already confirmed that it is announcing the ROG Phone 8 series in China on January 16, and we also saw an official teaser earlier last month. Meanwhile, renders showing ROG Phone 8 and ROG Phone 8 Pro have been leaked.
Today we have a new set of leaked renders, exclusively showing the ROG Phone 8 Pro from multiple angles The design of the ROG Phone 8 and ROG Phone 8 Pro will be almost identical, save for some different lighting on the back.
The ROG Phone 8 Pro features a flat display with a central punch-hole for the selfie camera, itself expected to feature a 32MP sensor. The right side of the handset houses the power button and volume controls, while a USB-C port is on the left side and another at the bottom. The device has a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
According to previous rumors and leaks, the ROG Phone 8 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED touchscreen with 165 Hz refresh rate, HDR10 support and LTPO technology. Surprisingly there will be a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset from Qualcomm, paired with up to 24GB of RAM.
The rear cameras are still very much a mystery, while the battery is expected to be 5,500 mAh for 65W fast charging. The ROG Phone 8 Pro is said to come with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
