iQOO Neo9 Pro shows up on Geekbench with Dimensity 9300 on board
vivo sub-brand iQOO is all set to make the Neo9 and Neo9 Pro smartphones official at a special event on December 27. It’s already been confirmed that now we’re getting closer to the big day, what about people with prototypes starting to run benchmarks? They are getting, and you know what that means, right?
The iQOO Neo9 Pro has just been spotted on the Geekbench online database, as a unit was put through its paces on Geekbench 6. It managed a single-core score of 2,235 and a multi-core score of 7,381.
The phone is powered by MediaTek’s latest and greatest, the Dimensity 9300 SoC. This is coupled with an adequate 16GB of RAM on this unit, although versions with other memory amounts may also be offered.
Surprisingly, the benchmarks the Neo9 Pro ran on were Android 14 paired with Funtouch OS 14 for global markets and Origin OS 4 in China.
According to earlier teasers, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset will be used instead of the vanilla Neo 9. The Neo9 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1,260×2,800 OLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate, up to 512GB of storage, a 50MP main rear camera, a 16MP selfie snapper, an in-display fingerprint scanner and support for 120W.
